Black Creek Lodge is a waterfront RV park and marina on Black Creek in Freeport, Florida, offering direct access to Black Creek, the Choctawhatchee River, Choctawhatchee Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. Surrounded by shaded sites and a relaxed coastal atmosphere, it’s the perfect destination for fishing, boating, and enjoying the natural beauty of the Florida Panhandle. Popular destinations like Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Destin, and Panama City Beach are all within easy reach.
We welcome both short- and long-term guests year-round, including snowbirds and remote workers looking for a peaceful waterfront retreat. Our spacious, pet-friendly sites feature full 20/30/50 amp hookups, waterfront views, WiFi, and include access to a boat ramp and covered slip. For those seeking an extended stay or a more permanent getaway, we also offer motel rooms, cottages, and bungalows, with friendly assistance available 24/7.

Find Your Perfect Stay
Full Hookup RV Sites
Waterfront sites with 20/30/50 amp service, picnic tables, fire rings, and a whole lot of shade. Your boat ramp and covered slip are included, so you can be on the water before breakfast.
Long Term RV Sites
Same great waterfront sites, set up for a longer stay. Snowbirds especially love the quiet here and beaches and dining are all within a short drive.
Motel Rooms
Two full-size beds, a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot, right on the property. A clean, simple room steps from Black Creek and everything the park has to offer.
Cottages And Cabins
A queen in the master, a second queen up in the loft, a sofa sleeper, and a small kitchen. Our cabins & cottages are a comfortable spot for couples or small families who want a little more room than a motel room and a kitchen to use.
Bungalows
Two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and enough sleeping space for the whole group. Our bungalows are the most spacious accommodation on the property and a short walk from the water.
