Park Rules

All motorhomes, RVs, and travel trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited.

Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group, regardless of age, may result in immediate eviction from the park.

The use of firearms of any kind is prohibited in the park.

The use of archery equipment, paintball, slingshots, and air guns is prohibited.

We reserve the right to evict any person who does not comply with our rules and policies.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any guest whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Cancellations made 3 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund.

If you need to cancel outside of these terms, give us a call and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Pets must be kept on a leash and under the control of someone who can manage them at all times.

Pets are welcome in the RV Park.

Pets are not allowed inside bungalows, motel rooms, cabins, and cottages.

There is a three-pet limit per site.

Pets may not be left outside unattended.

Excessive barking disturbs your neighbors and may result in being asked to leave without a refund.

Please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet at all times.

Failure to clean up after your pet will result in being asked to leave without a refund.

Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and their pets.

The park is not responsible for personal injuries, damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
