Our waterfront Cottages & Cabins In Freeport, FL, are the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water. Each rental features a comfortable living area with a sofa sleeper, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and full-size refrigerator, plus easy access to our fishing dock and boat ramp. Cottages include a private queen bedroom, while loft cabins offer a second queen bed upstairs for extra space.
Cook your fresh catch in your own kitchen and enjoy a true fish-to-table experience. Explore four connected waterways—Black Creek, the Choctawhatchee River, Choctawhatchee Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. When you're ready for the beach, Grayton Beach is just 13 miles away, while Destin and Scenic Highway 30A are only a 45-minute drive from the property.

Find Your Perfect Stay
Full Hookup RV Sites
Waterfront sites with 20/30/50 amp service, picnic tables, fire rings, and a whole lot of shade. Your boat ramp and covered slip are included, so you can be on the water before breakfast.
Long Term RV Sites
Same great waterfront sites, set up for a longer stay. Snowbirds especially love the quiet here and beaches and dining are all within a short drive.
Motel Rooms
Two full-size beds, a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot, right on the property. A clean, simple room steps from Black Creek and everything the park has to offer.
Cottages & Cabins
A queen in the master, a second queen up in the loft, a sofa sleeper, and a small kitchen. Our cabins & cottages are a comfortable spot for couples or small families who want a little more room than a motel room and a kitchen to use.
Bungalows
Two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and enough sleeping space for the whole group. Our bungalows are the most spacious accommodation on the property and a short walk from the water.
